Working in Partnership with Allied Health Professionals
At Rathore School, we know that the best outcomes for our pupils are achieved when education and health work hand‑in‑hand. Many of our learners benefit from support provided by allied health professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Specialists, and Nursing teams.
By working in close partnership with these professionals, we ensure that each pupil’s individual needs are understood and supported holistically. Therapy goals are integrated into daily teaching, communication approaches are consistently reinforced across the school day, and specialist strategies are shared with staff and families to promote progress at home and in school.
This collaborative, multi‑disciplinary approach helps us create meaningful, safe, and accessible learning experiences for every child. Together, we strive to remove barriers, promote independence, and support each pupil to reach their full potential.
