Rathore School have been part of the Southern Regional Behaviour Support Team (now known as Better Together) since 2019 and as a result have worked collaboratively with our local special schools and EA support services to share best practice, update behaviour policies and procedures, plan staff development and create a supportive network for the management of complex behaviour.
