Rathore School caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties from 3 – 19 years old within the Newry and Down region. Our school vision aspires to nurture and develop a community of life-long learners. We strive to provide a safe, secure and fun learning environment in which we can inspire each pupil to thrive, grow and achieve their highest potential in life. Our pupils are at the heart of our school and our new school website will allow us to showcase their work and the activities they are involved in so that we can celebrate their wonderful achievements together as a community! - We would like to mark the beginning of all fundraising with a spinathon and cake sale. We would welcome support from families and friends by sending in baked goods for our cake sale, joining us for a go in the spin bikes or popping in for a tea/ coffee.
- Miss McArdle has planned a series of wonderful activities for next week for all the pupils throughout the school.
- Coffee Morning This is an opportunity for parents to have an informal meeting with their child's teacher.
- Sticky Fingers will be visiting school on 2nd October to work with the pupils from the following classes J5-J7. This project has been funded by a student teacher from Madison University ,USA , who was on placement in Rathore last year.
