Rathore School caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties from 3 – 19 years old within the Newry and Down region. Our school vision aspires to nurture and develop a community of life-long learners. We strive to provide a safe, secure and fun learning environment in which we can inspire each pupil to thrive, grow and achieve their highest potential in life. Our pupils are at the heart of our school and our new school website will allow us to showcase their work and the activities they are involved in so that we can celebrate their wonderful achievements together as a community! - We would like to inform our parents in advance of upcoming parent teacher meetings which will be taking place in Rathore School on Thursday 27th October from 3.30 - 6.30pm.
- We are hugely dedicated to the well-being of our entire school community and have recently committed to becoming a Take Five School to promote positive emotional health for our pupils, staff and parents!
- We are delighted to be able to invite our families and friends to join us in school for our Harvest Celebrations on Thursday 20th October. Primary pupils will be attending at 10.00am and Post Primary pupils at 11.00am. We would love for you to join us!
- A huge thank you to Kevin McAteer, Clanrye News and Sports and Simon Doherty, Bourke’s Sports who visited Rathore School today to present a contribution to school funds!
